Today's thought from my spiritual helpers as I meditated:
"Healing is a journey....relax and enjoy it."
Have you ever noticed those times when you felt in a rush? You want to be free of an unwanted emotion right now? You demand a new circumstance immediately? Notice...are you tense, breathing shallowly, is your heart racing? If so, take a breath in through your nose and let it out through your mouth...repeat this process gently a few times. And guess what? You are relaxing! You are letting go! And now your spiritual helpers can be heard!

Insights
I am searching for my burning desire - "burning" because it is a fierce shining star incorporated within me. Embedded for eons. Now it is igniting and its power is that of a magnifying glass, enlarging the details. Like a big crystal that empowers me to get into the new wave of energy which is beginning to affect the whole planet.
It is the power of love and commitment intensified and concentrated into a band of energy or a frequency to lift hearts and minds to the Creative, Solution-oriented pivot point of Being.
The most sensitive will respond easily; for others it will seem annoying or uncomfortable to be challenged to let go of the status quo.
Signs of both discontent and enthusiasm are in me and I will see them in others. Understanding what I'm looking at is important for me.
The necrotic tissue of society needs to be cleared away - starting with myself. It's time for me to re-arrange, be bold, act confidently. See what my dreams are showing me, and then I can go get 'em!

Master Mind
I'm at the local library where I enjoy using a computer almost everyday. I love to learn and through the library I gain skills and access to knowledge.
This morning several friends in the USA and I shared a Master Mind telephone session. During this call we ask for what we want during the next fortnight and affirm for each other that our requests have been already answered. I want to learn more about blogs and how to reach other people through this spot. It is like calling out COOOEEEE into the dark and listening to hear if there's a reply.
My guidance is encouraging me to trust in this process and take a risk that people "out there" will hear and respond.
